Moving My House Hold Property To Ghana

Hey people, I just gat transfered from Nigeria to Ghana, I don't know how to pack my things, I mean Chairs, Bed,Television, Fridge and other things to Ghana,

Please if anyone could give me an Idea of which Land transport services Render such transportation,

I spoke to Abc transport but i could get a straigt answer claiming that they have problem with customs and Immigration,

Please i need information please

i can't start a new life in Ghana, Most things i have here are too expensive for me to sell, I can't sell my Chairs because i bought a set almost over a million and my Tv's are all flat screen and expensive,
