I think u made mention of texticle pain in your post, well , i avn't been having too much sex or masturbation,  But  found out that any time i get sexually excited for too long, i get pains from that region.  A friend of mine told me its due to lack of sex that i should try and shed some sperm . This worked for me after i mstbated,
