Hi Urfriend, thanks for the quick response. I have checked the teller. It is with me right now and it is very correct. The problem is I lost connection before i was due number 1. This made me think hitv had made a mistake so i counted my losses and went to renew even though i still had air time and uptill now i'm still disconnected. Its really frustrating i can tell you. Now i'm worried the problem may even be with the decoder. Each time i turn it on it automatically scans all the channels again and i have to click save. Please help if you can.

hi,how many channels do u have on the decorder,if it's more than 27,then i advice you delete all the channels then on/off your decorder then it will re-scan it's self press ok and check again.
your subscription i feel should be on and active.

Note that i've been rescanning since monday all to no avail
But guess what? This morning i took out the smartcard completely and turned on the decoder, i saw the same 'scrambled message screen' so i turned off the system and inserted the smartcard again, and voila 'all channels are back on'
i currently have 42 channels, 27(11900+12130) and 15(11747) and i didnt bother deleting any of them. thanks for your help
