this line from the author has to be a classic;

Nigerians are generally a pretty tolerant bunch. When hunger pushes people to steal, Nigerians show a sense of understanding.

What do you think, do you think this greedy public officials can ever stop dipping their hands into the till or those greedy banks stop accepting stolen money?
