So what does your woman use to curb her pains? How is it possible to stay off sugar?
I told her to stay off Sugar or feel me wrath. It's kinda frustrating watching one's partner rolling on the floor like WWF's Hulk Hogan. Why can't women with severe menstrual cramps stay off sugar?? Must u chics eat something sweet??

Actually it's true about the sugar thing.
Eating sugar or anything with too much sugar makes the pain worsen

Stay off cake, cookies, candies, tea and what not. . . . Resist the temptation to consume SUGAR. Eat beans, bread, eggs, meat, fish and pop corn. U can also add pomo to the list.

Depleted calcium levels just before periods are responsible for cramping associated with periods.Pain relief from paracetamol or ibuprofen(aleve) is only temporary.try increasing calcium just before periods.natural remedies used over a certain period will eventually bring more permanent relief.herbs like black cohosh are excellent.Give me a call for more info.cheers.018738625
