reduce the size[resoultion] of your scan documents to 75resolution and make sure they all enter 500kb. tk k

if how to attach your document is what you don't know how to do
This what you do,
Just make sure that you have successfully reduced the size of your documents using COREL 11, 12 etc to reduce the documents. Then you need do is just to click the Compose button on your email, the go to ATTACH FILE just above the space where you type your cover letter.
A dialog box will pop up after you must have cliked on the box BROWSE. Locate where you saved your files and click Open.Do it continuously for all your dock and click Attach file later.
Then you will see your files been displayed on your emailCompose bax.
