if 9 j a eat akpu /eba/poundo  with your soup of choice morning ,afternoon and evening

make sure after every meal you take a  long nap

do it for 3 months




if its outside 9 j a find the nearest   micky dees "  " or kfc  etc

you knai'mean? 

eat by the poundage morning , afternoon and night

tell 'em to super-size you always 

always take a nap after eating  "  "

within 3 months i guarantee,  you will look sexier than that babe up there

Keep in mind that not everyone can be fat. Since i been in the US i have not gain any weight and I love Mcdonalds.
