i am not,  these nasheeds re used for the sole purpose of praising ALLAH SWT,

so what is the problem in that?

David
Nasheeds are NOT haram

They are allowed provided it doesnt contain the following

Not using forbidden musical instruments in nasheed.

Not doing it too much or making it the focus of the Muslim’s mind, occupying all his time, or neglecting obligatory duties because of it.

Nasheed should not  include haraam or obscene speech.

They should not resemble the tunes of the people of immorality and promiscuity.

They should be free of vocal effects that produce sounds like those of musical instruments.

They should not have moving tunes which make the listener feel “high” as happens to those who listen to songs. This is the case with many of the nasheeds which appear nowadays, so that the listeners no longer pay any attention to the good meaning of the words, because they are so entranced by the tunes. And Allaah is the Source of strength.

Sami Yusuf's they are nice

This is nigh impossible mukina . . .

Not doing it too much or making it the focus of the Muslim’s mind, occupying all his time, or neglecting obligatory duties because of it. - how do you control this? What does it mean to "do music too much"?

Quote
which are forbidden and which are not?
All Musical Instruments are forbidden except the duff (tambourines)

Quote
how do you control this?
Funny question Grin You  can minimise how you do listen to the music.

Quote
What does it mean to "do music too much"?
What tunes would they resemble? Are the tunes of hymns by people of immorality?

i think these questions have  already  been answered Undecided

Doing too much music-Listening to nasheed should not become a habit which takes up a person’s time and affects his duties and mustahabb actions, such as affecting his reading of Quran and calling others to Allah.

Immoral tunes, rap music, music accompanied by instruments.

hehehe how did hymns get into this? Grin

Immoral songs, songs promoting sexuality,  obscenity and the likes

Quote
Vocal effects like? Your voice produces sounds like a piano (which can actually mimic the human voice) so what does this mean?

The voice must not be enhanced to immitate any musical instruments. You must use ur natural voice., and that must not be softened, it must be free of sound effects. For Nasheeds are sometimes used to memorise the Quran, Du'ahs and so on.

Quote

Not necessarily sad tunes, they must not provoke desire, the purpose of the nasheed should be the words, not the tune.

The question to Davidylan is how has he been able to stay away sexual immorality, except that he controls himself? He must have the desire for it. But the control because he considers it bad outside marriage, has been able to help him overcome. This is the same way the muslim controls what needs to be control. If you are mindful of any possible evil and or limitation of the involvement, before it becomes something bad.

For instance, consumption of food is good. But it also have its limit. If one were to excessively consume the best of meal, the consequences will not be good. One can become slaggish, tired or even get sick. Over consumption of water can cause drowning or less, water poisoning.

David apply that to music that becomes a hinderance to what is more essential than it in your life. If a muslim does not listen to music, it will not make him/her be considered a bad muslim or worse go to hellfire. However any muslim who does not pray will be considered a person out of islam until he begins to pray. All who die without islamic prayer will not have a chance to enter paradise, except if he/she had just became muslim and unable to pray before death occurs. For example a person who just became muslim and went into a coma and never recovered. A person who died just before the prayer after he had become a muslim.

Where do you figure, my man?

I think we're the one encouraging David to appear in all our threads. The moment we start responding to his negative contribution and ideas the more we encourage him to post more of the nasty ideas.

The moment we start neglecting him the better for us. Remember silence is the best answer for a F**L, i don't mean to e rude.

muki. the feeling is mutual. Kiss

this is the lyrics of Allah knows.

When you feel all alone in this world
And there’s nobody to count your tears
Just remember, no matter where you are
Allah knows
Allah knows

When you carrying a monster load
And you wonder how far you can go
With every step on that road that you take
Allah knows
Allah knows

CHORUS
No matter what, inside or out
There’s one thing of which there’s no doubt
Allah knows
Allah knows
And whatever lies in the heavens and the earth
Every star in this whole universe
Allah knows
Allah knows

When you find that special someone
Feel your whole life has barely begun
You can walk on the moon, shout it to everyone
Allah knows
Allah knows

When you gaze with love in your eyes
Catch a glimpse of paradise
And you see your child take the first breath of life
Allah knows
Allah knows

CHORUS

When you lose someone close to your heart
See your whole world fall apart
And you try to go on but it seems so hard
Allah knows
Allah knows

You see we all have a path to choose
Through the valleys and hills we go
With the ups and the downs, never fret never frown
Allah knows
Allah knows

CHORUS (x2)

BRIDGE:
Every grain of sand,
In every desert land, He knows.
Every shade of palm,
Every closed hand, He knows.
Every sparkling tear,
On every eyelash, He knows.
Every thought I have,
And every word I share, He knows.
Allah knows.

Aight Friz . .i found the lyrics
. .and also other nasheeds byhim , i'll post them later .

amantu billahi wa mala'ikatihi
wa kutubihi wa rusulihi wa al-yaum al-akhiri
wa al-qadri khayrihi wa sharrihi min Allah
wa al-ba'si ba`d al-maut, la ilaha illa Allah

Faith is belief in Allah and the Messengers
The angels and the Final Day, and the holy scriptures
And to believe in destiny
That good and bad both come from Him
And the Resurrection; there is no god but Allah.

La ilaha illa Allah (x3), Muhammad Rasulullah

Allah is the creator of heaven and of earth
Nothing may compare with Him, He is the One alone
The prophets, best of humankind
Sent to all nations and all tribes
Last of all Muhammad, mercy to the worlds.

Formed of light and beauty, the angels of the Lord
To praise Allah, to help mankind,
Jibril brings the word.
The scriptures, all by Allah sent,
Torah, Psalms and Gospel then
The source of perfect guidance, the Glorious Quran.

The reckoning, the Final Day, when all will see their works
Remade in soul and body to stand before the Lord
With patience bearing every grief
With thankfulness for all blessings
We are content with destiny, the Will of Allah.

Faith is belief in Allah and the Messengers
The angels and the Final Day, and the holy scriptures
And to believe in destiny
That good and bad both come from Him
And the Resurrection; there is no god but Allah.

Mountains of Makkah

Song: Mountains of Makkah

Oh Mountains of Mecca, what can you say
Of the day that Abraham passed your way
And He was instructed by God to build
A House of peace where people will pray

And they will come on every lean camel and out of every ravine
For the purpose of praising Allah, to glorify Allah

Oh Mountains of Mecca, what can you tell
Of the day when stones from the sky fell
Destroying an army determined to break
The House of Allah that Abraham built

Oh Mountains of Mecca, how was the dawn
On the day that my Prophet Muhammad was born
How did it feel knowing he was to be, the last and most beloved of all
Rasul of Allah, Nabi of Allah

Oh Mountains of Mecca, you were there
When the Prophet Muhammad climbed down in despair
Engraved in his heart were the words of his Lord
To all of mankind this was his call

La illaha illAllah, Muhammad-u-Rasullullah
Oh people praise only Allah, Glorify Allah

Oh Mountains of Mecca, how did you mourn
On the day that the beloved returned to his Lord
And up till the last breath escaped from his lips
He prayed that his Ummah would find success

Oh Mountains of Mecca how will it feel
When the earth shall quake and tremble with fear
And we shall be gathered together to stand
In the court of Allah with our deeds at hand

Oh how we pray that on that day, we’ll be with those to whom Allah will say
Peace be with you, I am pleased with you

Oh Mountains of Mecca, Bear witness that I
To the oneness of Allah do I testify
For all that He’s given me, How can I deny
My purpose in life should be only to cry

La illaha illAllah, Muhammad-u-Rasullullah
There is no god but Allah, Muhammad’s His Messenger
Allahumma Salli Alla, Muhammad Rasullillah
Allahumma Salli Alla, Muhammad Nabi Allah
Allahumma Salli Alla, Muhammad Rasullillah
