I have a large room that's going to be available for July 1st. My present roommate is moving out and i need to fill the room ASAP.

Parking is always available on street and parking lot.

There's also an AC.
Laundry in the basement.
Walking distance to T stop.
15 minutes drive to Boston and surrounding areas.
Furniture welcome.

u don't have to worry about security deposit till Sept when we renew
the lease. we split Electricity and cable bill.

I'm a 23 yr female,  just moved to Boston on the 1st of May. started Grad school at Northeastern,  i'm pretty busy most of the week either working or at school. when i get free time,  i enjoy the occasional vegging out.
