Which Bank Did UBA Just Acquire?

I read in the news paper like a week or two ago that UBA acquired ownership of a bank that closed up some time ago. Now i can't remember the name of the Bank. Please can someone remind me. Am suspecting its Fortune Bank, If yes good for me at least my aunt can now get her money out of it.

I think it was Societe Generale Bank.

try googling Fortune bank and Societe general and see what it comes up with.
