everybody has their own theories but they are all just pulling stuf out of their shit clogged asses. don't buy any theory.

That is not true i have met/been with short guys that hand long peckers (your word not mine).  But guys with guts have smaller peckers and the larger the gut gets the smaller it gets.  I watched my exhusbands shrink over the years.

@ sistawoman - OMG I heard that was true - Acutually I heard it on the radio yesterday. It was said that when a man loses weight his "pecker" gets bigger.

Has anyone else heard this?

The original question asks of tall guys with large phalluses.  Let's take a look at this:

Pornography often exploits short, slender men who are "large" because the camera gives the illusion of more size than is extant.   Let's be honest, here--a 22 cm phallus will look much more substantial on a man who's 1.65 metres than it would on a man who's 1.90 metres. 

However, I suppose one could also ask if tall women have larger breasts than short women.  And, again, the answer would be:  probably not.

As to the issue of weight gain and phallus size, there is something to that.  When a man gains weight, he often gains it in his midsection, i.e., around his stomach and abdominal region.  Deposits of fat in the suprapubic region will make the phallus appear smaller.  Look at it like this:  If you have a pole sticking out of the ground and you pile soil around the base of the pole, it's still the same length, but you just can't see as much of it. 

So, guys, let's all lose some weight so we can get back all that is ours!  The good thing about doing so is that losing weight will likely make you healthier, so you can enjoy your new "size" that much more!
