Due to growth and re-engineering, we require the following in our
Port Harcourt office.
1. Business Development Manager--Under broad direction, leads sales for company’s products and services and ensure the delivery of quality customer service, company’s growth that maximizes shareholder value.
--Develops annual business plan and ongoing forecasts of business performance
--Responsible for profit/loss/ROI and corrective actions
--Develops and maintains customer contacts
--Responsible for development of future business leaders and succession planning
--Directly contributes to the profitability and reputation of the organization.
--Skills required: Minimum of undergraduate degree in a related discipline and a minimum 3 years of progressive relevant experience and experience managing the work and activities of others.
--Revenue in the range of $5M and above.
2. Business Development Officers--Under broad direction, sell company products and services and achieve maximum profitability and market penetration/share.
-- Translate technical, commercial and operational capabilities to customer needs
--Understand customer's business & technical issues
--Effective deliver technical sales presentations and personal working relationships
--Prepares detailed recommendations and cost estimates
--Actively involved in the business planning process
--Job role directly create value via personal relationships
--Provides feedback on customer needs, competitors, technology, and other pertinent issues
--Revenue in the range of $3M and above
Skills required: undergraduate degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or similar disciplines and minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
