Information On Shell National Award Scholarship

       Please i will like to get more information on the Shell National Award, My brother applied for this programme in school (LAUTECH) last semester. And he has almost forgotten he even applied.

      Last week i received a letter from Shell, via UPS on his behalf, it says he has been selected to participate in an aptitude test in Victoria Island.

      Please can anyone enlighten me more on this, as i will like to get more information about this test and the shell award in general; like how's the scholarship award like ( Are they paying his school fees till he graduates) , what is the test about, when will the award commence.
