How Long Must It Take Before I Service My Car?

Different car makers give different service intervals for their cars, and this varies from model to model and engine type.

Generally speaking, 3000 to 5000km is the interval. However, with special oils and/or different car brands, higher intervals are possible. My VW TDI with Long Life engine oil has a service (Oil and Oil filter change) every 15,000km!!!
