You might need to take it a little bit further , because it seems he's a stalker, or he's just trying to get a bite and run again, then claim he can still have you whenever.
Record his advances to you and warn him that you'll play it for his wife to hear. Do it if he does not stop.

I just want to say a big thank you to everyone that responded to my posting. I appreciate the courage you all displayed by giving me your views both positive and negative. I have discussed the issue with my husband and he has taken care of the issue. I AM SO GLAD. Thank you once again.
