Help! Please

Can anyone give me a graphic detail of how to set up getresponse autoresponder. I wanted to use the free version to test a product and then upgrade to the paid version later, but it seems iam not able to set it up. I have done all i could to follow the new user instructions, yet iam not able to go through, i need an urgent help on how to set it up please.
