Hi, fellow landers. was invited for the interview but couldn't make it cos of distance. would really hear from those who attended the interview. How did it go?

The interview didnt take more than 10mins and just very few questions about yourself,why you like to work in BAT,certain goals you have set for yourself and achived and best feedback you have received in the last three months.

@Claire, i had exactly the same interview process, But come to think of it? How many people will 'Adeeco',sorry BAT finally recruit comparing to the alarming number of invitees, because i saw the List. May God help us all!!!  |

got to d final stage last year.
I tink wen u will need INFO is by d time u r scheduled 4 the ASSessment Centre. this is after your first interview wit BATN themselve (nt d one wit Adecco).
d interview wit Adecco is just a screening exercise and u dnt nd any special skill or 411 to scale tru.
please be guided.
