It requires both parties to be in a committed, stable, preferably permanent relationship. There are reasons for it, and I know you know the risks of just using girls for sex (unwanted pregnancy, STDs, emotional risks, etc.). Stop comparing Nigerian girls to the west, or Europeans, for that matter.
