What About Recruiting Agents?

Got employment through one recruiting agent or the other, what are  the advantages and disadvantages?

Hi Funyin,

Congrats on your new job! It really depends on the recruitment firm, standard ones get to receive 15 or 20 per cent of ur annual renumeration from your employer as payment for recruitment services. But this won't affect your earnings in any way.

On the other hand, some irritants in the HR industry would collect your monthly package and deduct a certain percentage before paying your salary.
