Setting Up A Digital Photograpy/business Center In Nigeria

Hello Everyone,
I'm thinking of setting up a digital photography center where I will be providing services like printing of digital photos from digital camera's, instant passport service, printing from mobile phones, printing from memory cards, cd's etc, fixing of damaged photos and also add the basic functions of a business center to it.
Do you think it is a profitable business and what will I require to start something like this.
