Distance Learning

Please i want to do my MBA/Project Mgt distance learning in any good and affordable UK University. The ones ihave checked out, Ashford, Walden and a few others said they don't offer services here in Nigeria.

I actually thought distance learning could be accessed anywhere, anytime in the world.

Please could you GUys help me out by giving names of Unis that offer distance learning here in Nigeria.
