Do u know how to use excel just type in the headings as specified on each column
as in A B C D in ur excel sheet or u can do it in a public cafe then save on the desktop and send as an attachment by clickin on attach files which shows u browse click on browse then choose desktop this takes u to documents on the desktop the click on ur doc-excel then click open and then it attaches then u send . Hope this helps
