But i went to jamb office in PH and they say that the card is not out yet, so i don't understand, may the have not gotten it or what?, Na waooooooooooo!!!

The Jamb Result Notification Slip has some additional information like ur state, local government area, address, picture et al which the earlier one doesn't have, and the schools collect only this for admission purposes. Hope that helps.
