Some jump into business or whatever without sitting down to carry out a thorough survey, or look for deep improvement on how to outsmart existing competitors.
It is understandable to me that, the spirit that created the three CDMA network that emerged into Visafone or what they call themselves are still at work, smart ad doesnt mean a thing, But customer service does.
From my experience since i tried to patronise them, resulted in total out of reach, for example yesterday and even today, they network is absolutely zero, neither can i receive a call or make one, even i dialled two numbers am using. Result: CALL FAILED.
What re your experience? Should Visafone improve or Die? Like chronic inefficient Bourdex, Cellcom,and ITN that made up Visafone, I suggest Visafone should improve or Die.
