simple . . . . more exercise and less consumption of junk food Not trying to knock anyone's business but all this drugs are just supplement, won't do jack if you continue consuming junk and don't exercise

All common sense, my biggest obstacle to pot belly is laziness and procrastination.
Maybe if you have a friend that has the same goals, you can motivate eachother. Be careful the friend is not a drain.

You are very correct MNTPAUL, i have already started anyway. I learnt how to calculate BMI body mass index last weekend and i discoverd that am overweight. I am 1.74m (5ft 10inch) and i presently weigh 80kg. my BMI is 26 and i need to reduce it to about 22.
How to calculate BMI:
BMI= W/H(square) W-weight in kilogram H-height in metres
e.g, 80/1.74(square)= 26.4
perfect BMI is between 18-24.5 overweight 24.6-30 Obesity is from 30 above

80 kg = 173.4 lb at 5'10" your kind of small. I used to be in the army and the BMI was very unrealistic for athletic people. How do you carry your muscle and keep your strength? I would be to week at that weight?
I usually do my own homemade density test to check for leanness. I am about your size and I weigh 185lb, but I am fairly lean. A good test for me to check my density is to go swimming. Exhale about 2/3 or 1/2 of lung capacity. If you sink your good. People with lots of fat will float. I can lay flat on the bottom of the pool and just chill like this.
I been up to 200 lbs, But I was working at gaining mass. I had to eat 6 times a day to maintain. I got tired of eating all the time, so my comfy weight is 185 lbs.
About the pot belly, just jog it off. The more muscle mass you have the more calories you will burn. More muscle will give you a faster matabolism. Legs are a huge muscle group and will burn a lot of fuel, so jog about 4 mi a day and make sure you run inefficiently to burn calories, swing those arms. Run fast and hard to stress your leg muscles, so you will build up strength. Do not run slow or your body will adjust like a long distant runner(small) with an old mans flat bottom.
