What Is Wrong With Nairahost.com.ng

Their .com website appears to be working fine. Why not try that? or is there any specific advantage when using the .com.ng?

You are the owner of Cyberlinks, a hosting company in Nigeria and a startup. Considering this is your 9th post on nairaland, this is a cheap way to tarnish us. 

 We were only using the .com.ng temporarily before every customer gets used to the .com, we stopped using the .com.ng way back. I didnt know it was still active till i came across this thread.

 Kindly reason before making such comments in the future. Most if not all our clients know we have stopped using .com.ng, because we made annoucements several times in regards and our emails are only @.com

Most people that complain here, don't use our support channels. If you look arround the net , you would find one way or the other complaints about big hosting companies in any forum, because either the customers are armatures or they just think its wise to complain in public forums. Most hosting companies have made it a policy to ignore complaints on public forums. Of course you wont find complaints about companies that have no less than 10 clients or so.

Naira host, I am one of your happy customers. It is just that when com.ng is not going and I was unable to access client  naira billing at .com I started wondering what went wrong. All the same your explanation has been noted. I will proceed with the buying of the domain. I want equally to emphasis that ever since someone introduced my to your hosting company, I have been happy and am hosting not less than 6 sites with you. Others are being shifted to your hosting server.
