@poster how can you apply to work for a company and not know what they do?! it is a disgrace if you have not done your research before putting out the application!! No wonder people don't get jobs when they apply and lay blame on the Govt or Organisations!! It is job hunting ethics to do a research about an organisation you wish to apply for a vacancy within but you applied for a job there? it is just pathetic, the way people just churn out CV's to companies without knowing what they do no wonder they fail to get a job in most cases |

bang, You r right. But what would the poor boy do, when he has done a thousand and one research on different companies and still not having a paid job? Still , You r very right. you have to understand the mission statement of any company you are applying to.  |

Still , You r very right. you have to understand the mission statement of any company you are applying to. he should not give up it is all about the quality of application and preparedness that gets you the job at times and not just showing half-interests by sending CV's!! it is hard i understand, but it is pointless going to an interview not well prepared, the number of rejections would just continuously swell!! @poster do your home-work right and you would land your dream job one day (with prayers and the right attitude) |
