there is one here in the US called Seasonale, with Seasonale contains 12 weeks (84 days) of hormone pills followed by 7 days of no-hormone pills. You have your menstrual period while taking the no-hormone pills, which is every 3 months. This dosing schedule changes your menstrual cycle to only 4 periods per year.

cure ? it is not a disease just some thing we ladies are cursed with  seriously you should read up on this and understand why there is pain then u would understand that there is nothing you can do apart from taking pain killers there are some specially made for this.   ladies who have difficult periods i am so sorry but i only have my period for 3 days very lite this has been from the time i started at 13, so i do not understand yr pain.

Sex doesn't stop it at all. When I was 21, still a virgin then, people kept telling me that sex would stop the pain but it doesn't .Girl don't listen to that shit. Me I always have a terrible pain but only on the first day of ma period. Even when I take pain killer it still doesn't kill it but this is what I do and it works perfectly for me now. 2wks b/4 ma period I don't take surgary stuff, then when ma period comes I drink but only hot water . I avoid cold water until maybe the third day of ma period. The  only pain I experince now is just the nipple pain prior to ma period but at side from it no menstrual pain anymore for me.
    Try it, if it worked for me it will work for you 'because I know the kind of pain I used to have.

@ sweetnini- i do not want to offend you as i do not know your marital situation or age ,but could it have been an early miscarage? that is not normal to come on so heavy when it has never happened before.

if u want da period to come in a day dere is a drug that does that.

i feel ya pain girl, so i'm not da only girl xperiencin same thang. i've had 1 worse than that i cudnt even walk da whole day. da pain starts like 3dayz before ma period and endz 3dayz in2 ma period and i i come on really heavyyy!!i hate it (well, wot girl doesnt? ). i don't take pills 4 it i still get them till this day though not as bad only get the real bad pains once erry 3months or sum.
