both can dance but shakira is all the way. she can move like no other. rihanna is just a dancer. she doesn't really dance dance. all she does is move her hips/waist side to side. people think if you could do that, you automatically can dance. i not necessarily a dancer but i could wine and move my hips or whatever. but i would say that i could dance. so that 's what rihanna is basically.
