I never believed I could get a job through this medium.
I responded to an advert for a line manager posted by tonisafe22 a couple of weeks ago.
I was invited for interview and just got my letter of employment!
The package is juicy.

Acquire the experience and move on!
Don’t stay in a job for too long unless your organization in very big and you can move from unit to group head.
Ideally don’t spend more than 3 years in a place.
