Vagina-itching After Sex Need Help:

I noticed that each time i have sex my vagina itches me and it pains me aswell, it becomes red and i find it difficult to walk at times because of the itchness. I dont pray to have sex again becos i m scared, i cant bear the pain, pls can u tell me wat to do about it I NEED HELP!!!

Actually that was my first time of having sex and that was wen i began to notice it .The first question
I did not use condom
it was unprotected but he did not come inside me fully,it was'nt a real sex
No lubrication, no fingering,
I have already seen a doctor and he prescribed a drug for me which i have used but i m still scared of trying it again i don't know if its totally gone. Besides i did'nt really tell the doctor that it was after i had sex i was shy, pls advise me on what to do i am confused i dont' know if its the sex that actually caused it or another thing.
