 I said it would be clean. I didn't say it would stop the flow. The guy was worried about staining the bedspread.

Hmmm....an interesting topic this! I know from experience that some ladies tend to be more in the mood for love making just towards the early and/or last days of their period.Apart from the shower option,you also have the perfume option or both. It's not something one wants to do on a regular bases.But if that is where the wind blows,and you are a loving guy,wouldn't you do it to give your partner a good time!?That is, if she desires it?

Oh Vexxy i don't believe u all are buying this idea of sex during menstration with right hands.

Here I break my silence.
We all know what menstration is all about.
No need discussing it.

But having sex during it is in my own point of view dirty.
But I'm not condemning it for those who care not.
It is not too healthy as one can easily be infected during this acts.

From my own knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
there is this normal flora, let me explain this in a lay man's language.
There are some micro-organisms inhabiting our body but they do no harm to us.
If one escapes to other part of our body which ought not be, will cause problem.

So if the normal flora escapes during the period of "uterus shedding tears"
and what happens during mating, your guess is as right as mine.
So infection be contacted easily.
But you can still do it if you want, only that you should clean up well and take
anti-biotics there after to prevent any possible infection.

Don't say I thought you this practice because as for me it's unhealthy but there is a way out
if your part needs it crazilly and that's why i gave the solution but my view is well spelt out.

I think that having sex during menstruation cannot be entirely ruled out as 'disgusting' as Latoya is saying, or completely acceptable as someone else have said. It's either disgusting or enjoyable for certain reasons and if any of these reasons are being held by a person, then that person can hold his views on this.

But to some extents, I think here are some reasons why sex during menstruation couldn't be all that bad.

Sex Cures Cramps

A reaon why sex could be outrightly impracticable is simply because when a woman is bleeding, the chances of spreading STDs, especially AIDS, increase immensely. That's if you can shut your eyes to all the red, and perhaps, shut your olfactory senses to the smell that has suddenly filled the room or shower, anywhere you decide to have it.
