A few good souls here have given him advice and I didn't want to repeat their words. But, was I lying when I stated this board wasn't doing much help, despite everyone's good intentions? If u can control your mind, u can stop nearly everything so try to discipline your thoughts. Concentrating on breathing exercises can help u a little, but the best is to meditate on the word of God. Fasting also goes a long way in curbing your sexual appetite, and for those that say masturbation is okay, I don't agree with u.
When u get used to masturbating, u will find it very hard to be effectively stimulated sexually by any other person. Imagine a future where your husband or wife can't satisfy your sexual urges, u have to touch yourself to get there, It is better imagined than experienced.

my brother, your problem is not masturbation or watching porn. you're have a problem with LUST. Deal with the root problem. Your actions are just the fruit. Uncontrollable lust is not a problem you should seek advice for on any forum online. If you're a christian I suggest you find a MALE counsellor or pastor you can confide in and talk to him about why you're focusing so much on sexual activity. I hope you have a good counsellor who will help you but keep it real at the same time and not make you feel like you're a mutant or demon possessed  On a practical level, to change your habit, fill the times when you watch porn with some other physical (preferrably outdoor)activity and practise this new activity for more than 30 days. Teach yourself a new behaviour. It could be a sport, hanging out with friends, reading a book, playing video games, listen to spiritual music and such like. I say 30 days because there is a theory that the human psyche takes 30 to form/change a habit. This is after consistently and consecutively repeating the new activity for that period time, the new habit takes the place of the former after that. When you watch porn you feed your lust. If you want something to die, starve it.Don't be too hard on yourself, personally I don't think that masturbation is wrong, but if you can't do it without lusting over another person and not just for sexual relief then you should curb that activity until you defy that spirit of lust so you won't feel so guilty. firstly, get all the porn film in your possesion destroyed, avoid bad friends who engage in such acts, get good books to read and alway keep your self busy, either by reading or for going for sporting activities because, an idle mind is the devil's workshop. associate with godly people of thesame and higher age, seek advice from good councillors and pray about it daily and make bible reading your life style.
with these, i believe you will get over it, because so many people were in thesame habit and were able to overcome, Donnie Mcclurkin was also faced with these kind of habit, but today he is one of the most celebrated gospel musician. You too can make it.

my honest advice is that once u make up your mind to stop and see it as a sin, confess it to God, then u will stop.help yourself, stop going to such websites, unsubscribe from them all so that u don't get tempting mails again.
it sounds too easy rite?but, i was almost getting into that temptation, i got out using the above steps i have just given u.imagine how u would feel if your younger uns or maybe your girlfriend or someone u respect a lot were to start visiting those sites while using your laptop or cmptr syst?how would u feel?take charge ok.

Our Brother and friend, King needs help and advice from the house and all i see is bullshit from posters, I would like to thank Those who have given him honest and candid advice that would help him stop whatsoever he wants to stop, i just can't stop but wonder why some people act the way they are acting, a guy comes on this forum and explains to the house that he needs help and he wants to stop, instead of us showing him the way to stop this act, we are trying to make him understand that its okay, and that he can go ahead and do it, for God sake, if you don't have anything positive to contribute to this young man's life why don't you just shut up, its better, he says he is a Christian and he knows what he is doing is wrong, some fellas who ain't Christian are giving him advice.

Masturbation is a wholesome and healthy activity and has been proven to reduce the risk of prostate cancer in men. There is nothing wrong in a little porn from time to time as long as like most things it is viewed in moderation. Ok there are many different reason that masturbation is bad, but the PORNOGRAPHY is the real killer.
Ok the first reason that masturbation is "bad" because when you masturbate your seed is going to a place in which God didn't intend for it to go. Hints No Sex Before Marriage.
However that is probably the only reason why masturbation is bad, because if it is at all possible for you to do this, you could try masturbating while thinking about something nonsexual related, while you are doing it, you can just do something to make it "feel good". the main problem with your addiction is like what someone said in a previous reply it is LUST, here is a bible verse to help show you how God feels about lust.
Matthew 5:28-5:30
"But I say, anyone who even looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery with her in his heart. So if your eye—even your good eye[a]—causes you to lust, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.And if your hand—even your stronger hand[a]—causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell."
So see it is LUST which is getting you, I believe you can still masturbate, but try not to think of anything sexual while your doing it sounds hard but it is possible. But what you should do to help get rid of the habit is not just pray for God to lead you away from temptation, but when you are tempted pray that he will pull you from it, it's basically like you have to kick that voice thats telling you to do it(or ask God to cast all evil out of you) and just keeping praying for God to get you out everytime you are in it.
