ordinary gprs is now faster than EVDO!
starcomms we  know what to expect of a 3G network o!

Thats about the same speed i normally get when i download

hey guys i'm thinkng of buying another evdo or izap card cuz i use 9am - 9pm but
it seems i need it beyond 9pm and i dont see 100hrs for 6,500 naira  reasonable thats just like 4 days
so instead i'm thinkng of buying another to use for 9pm to 9am
so i'll pay 7,000 + 5,000 = 12,000 monthly instead of 16,000
what do u think ?

@ken
wel its good sha but i hope u know u'll need extra 15k for d card
And using two packages on a single card may not be compartible(wel i cant really say about dat except starcoms wud allow it i.e if d card can be configured for it)
I tink u shud find som1 dat woks in starcoms izap section n ask if its possible
Anyhow lets know how it goes sha

@lynx, according to the Assignment I gave u, and the result you Posted . .

Thats absolutely a EVDo Speed, u won't get a 30kb per sec. speed on 1x .

-Its just dat your EVDo is not fast enuf, but that's more like It.

@Ken, I got a better Deal for u! - Hit me up on IM!  Wink

When they started, the "average" was 300-600kbps and the peak was 1000kbps plus.

Now, the average download speed is much less and the peak speed is 300-400kbps.  Shame.
