Anybody Has Useful Knowledge About Career In A Food Firm Or Breweries

please kindly let us know if you are an insider in a food firm e.g nestle, cadbury ,unilever, e.tc or brewering firm. This is for science students like me that read biochemistry . Actually thinking of working in a food firm. what post graduate degrees are needed.
am thinking of a master in food safety and quality assurance, and then a second master in managment. just a thought anyway, thinking of rounding it all up with a management degree,,be it an MBA.
guess that may be an hedge to head a department of be a brand manager.
Anybody with an idea of the pay range of food companies in nigeria???
