Technically, I'd have to say yes, guys can (and from what I hear, do) get raped by ladies. It may seem as if they can't because of sexual arousal. Men (generally speaking) can easily be sexually aroused. That doesn't mean that they want to engage in intercourse. So, technically, yes, guys can, and sometimes do get raped by ladies.
