UBA: Deducts Money for Not Using One's Account Often

A Thieving Bank?

I Have never seen a bank that steals like uba, I have been hearing of their sharp practices but now I am a victim.
My mum has a savings account with uba, last week I paid 2k into her account but when she got there  today to withdraw the money they paid her 1600 deducting 400. Reason? she has not been using the account often. can u imagine that.
please tell anyone you know to stop banking with Uba. they are thieves, ole barawo
