Nigeria went to beijing with competitors in the following sports
1- male football---- depends on todays game against USA
2-female football--- out
3-badminton-------- out
4- shotput----------- not started
5- running-----------not started
6-Boxing----------- out except one more boxer
7-Wrestling--------out(possibly defected)
8-Taekwondo------ out our own did not feature even in the prelininary round
9.Table tennis----- out (both men and women single) except maybe doubles

Fair enough to your opinions guys, but i believe PHELPZY is special, unadulterated and free of drugs

Chambers? Nawa. The guy is not even American. Dwain Chambers is a Brit? Cheats will eventually be caught. I doubt Phelps is a cheat. He would have been caught after '04 (where he also dominated) if that was the case. I agree the Marion Jones fiasco was embarrassing for US athletics, but to judge the whole US by the few cheats is unfair.

Michael Phelps wins his 6th gold medal in China.

I think the guys at NASA should test his blood for strange substances.  Grin

Too many Americans have deceived us in Athletics, I hope he's not one of them. It's just too easy for him. His blood should be stored till we have a better technology to prove he's cheating, but until then . . . The guy is phenomenal.
