@Legry...Like I said in an earlier post, what works in one relationship will not necessarily work in another. So while one may wait a year or in this case till marriage to have sex with a partner, one could also have sex with a partner on the first night of meeting a partner and still have a long and lasting relationship/marriage with that person. I think it depends on what both parties are looking for out of a relationship and how the girl (YES the girl!!) decides she would like to be perceived...as a slapper or a respectable woman (not necessarily virginal). As sad as it is to say we girls carry the brunt of how bad it looks to be overtly active, sexually.
Now you really didn't think I was going to answer your question, did you legry?!
My opinion on this is to each his own...Virgins don't necessarily make the best wives/husbands/fathers/mothers/sexual partners etc. Do whatever makes you happy but remember to maintain your self respect!!

Jogego, Premarital sex will not necessarily answer the question of sexual incompatibility I'm afraid. You may not really be able to determine your partner's apparent sexual drive and hence, her compatibility with yours, unless you have lived together for a reasonable period of time, in a normal marriage setting. (without separation). The best way to help yourselves ( for those who have decided to wait) is to talk about it. Intended couples should not shy away from the topic of SEX, talking about it will not make you do it so don't be scared. Read books, go for seminars, go on the internet, etc. A book called 'The Act of marriage' by Tim Lahaye will bless you', quite detailed too. And then, i was just wondering: For those who are of the school of thought that they must go all the way before marriage in a bid to avoid the problem of sexual incompatibility. Are you now proving the bible wrong? For the Lord very much cares about your sexual compatibility with your partner, yet He says 'wait'. How about in the days of old when most of our mothers married as virgins and they were sexually compatible? Trust me, 5 of my close friends got married as virgins and they're having the best of time in bed. (pardon me, if this sounds somehow to u) The bottom line is: Sexual compatibility can be worked at in marriage by educating yourself, communication is vital as well. The Lord says don't do it, so don't.
