Didn't we all get blown away by Daniel Craig's 007 in 2006? With his cruelty and cold charisma he's only the best and most believable Bond ever. I think Roger Moore is the silliest, nancing around like the whole thing's a joke and he's the only one in on it. Who are the best and worst Bonds?

My worst James Bond?, I will either give it to Timothy Dalton or George Lazenby. The best however is also a hard nut for me either, don't know, but it is between Roger Moore and Sean Connery.

Come now,the guy did for a tired franchise what Batman Begins did for Batman. He's blond and blue-eyed, so what? He's good,isn't he? As for George Lazenby, he's so awful he doesn't even make Worst Bond for me, that bad. I no know who dash the guy Bond.

Well. I guess one is sort of attached to the Bond one grew up with. I liked Roger Roger Moore in the role at first, quite a bit of the love spilling over from The Persuaders,his thing with Tony Curtis. And then I saw the other Bonds- except Georgie; I scuttled away after he seared my eyeballs within five minutes with his performance- and Roger just wasn't it anymore.Of all his Bond movies I only still like The Spy Who Loved Me, and Live and Let Die, because of the black semi-Bond girl and the deliciously dark hoodoo stuff. Everything about Casino Royale worked; Bond, script, action and whatta Bond Girl, and Craig cruised to first place in my Bond affections, usurping Sean Connery.

Brosnan was a thoroughly incompetent spy in what do you call it, the one with Halle Berry. Goldeneye was the only movie he shone in. He wears the role like one of his tailored suits, like he's at a boy's club. Puffing cigars and seducing women by numbers. No edge, no cruelty. Yes, I like my Bonds cruel; that's what he was in the books and that's how Connery and Craig were. Besides, they started all over with Casino Royale. He hadn't even earned his 00 status, and his first kill was inexperienced and messy. He was hard but he wasn't jaded, and he didn't objectify women- an old Bond trait- but actually fell in love. I loved his performance. He wasn't just prancing about with gadgets , he was actually acting.

For me the best is Sean Connery. Even in old age, he still looks very sexy and charismatic.
The blonde, blue eyed Daniel Craig as Bond doesnt work for me either but I think he did a fantastic job with Casino Royale.

George Lazenby is only the worst casting decision in movie history is all. The guy acted Bond in On Her Majesty's Secret Service. Go on. I dare you to endure more than ten minutes of it. And I SO agree that Sean Connery is the sexiest Bond. Omigod. And I say IS. Like the best wines he just gets better with age. Delish.

Pierce Brosnan was too smooth and clean cut. The typical Hollywood James Bond.
Roger Moore was just plain annoying. Why did he always have to get beaten up? A real pansy. Without the gadgets he was nothing.
I've always been partial to Sean Connery. A real man's man.
But Daniel Craig beats them all. I suspect he's closer to Ian Fleming's view of the character than the others. He looks devastating in a suit but not too smooth. He's tough and ruthless. And he kills the baddies like he actually enjoys it. Very sexy.

~This is the first ave heard of George Lazenby  ,infact,i've had to google him,when i saw his name on the list i was like  surely Not!! How did i not know there was a flop 007 
~Timothy Dalton was the Worst Bond Ever,there was nuffin kwel about him at all!!Too short . . he lacked the Bond Charm . .never did felt right hearing him say "Bond! James Bond!!" he suited Sense & Sensibilty better me think!!

LMAO MC, yeah i would have loved DC to be a villain but i've made my piece with him having the double o status.
I so get the Sean thing, i think is the combination of the accent, the eyes and the mouth. I think for all his charm and smoothness as bond, there is some underlying hint of danger. There aren't all that many actors that get me hot and bothered. Mere good looks doesn't cut it for me. Do not get me started on Ken Watanabe. His charisma, even pretty boy Cruise could only hold an itty bitty candle to his in The Last Samurai. I don't know what it is about mature types. They know who they are and have nothing to prove.

Aswerigad, i watch Last Samurai all the time for Ken. There is just this powerful aura about him. He doesnt even have to say much but am focused on him.
