Dear all,
I am looking to buying a piece of land. lets say like 1-2 plots or more dependin on the amount.
I want it somewhere either in osogbo, ilesa or somewhere in ibadan.
It could be any of those three or somewhere that looks ok.
I need it urgently and i have cash down. if anyone has any to sell, please post on this forum or if you know of anyone do give me links as well as the price,
I don't mind half buoilt piece of land as well, or the one that has the foundation on it already.

I know someone that is looking to sell a plot-and-half of land with a completed house (i think its a 4-bedroom bungalow). The house has been plastered. roofed, with ceilings with all sliding windows. I think it currently has tenants but I'm not too sure. The house is in Ejibo, Lagos and is going for less than 2m.
