1998 - 2000 Honda Accord are the same with no Significant Modification
2001 - 2002 Honda Accord has, the Double Step front Grill, Different Rear Lights, Side Molding, etc.

Golf 3 will depend on the Transmission, and the Option of Factory AC.
Golf 3 Manual transmission with factory AC ranges between 650k - 750k
Golf 3 Automatic transmission with Factory AC ranges between 1m - 1.3m depending on the Mileage.
Honda Accord 98 has different Options, The LX, EX, and V6.
98 Honda Accord ranges between 1m - 1.150m full Options.

i hope you don't confuse car's manufacturers' date with model.
in case you don't know, you may have a 2000 baby boy but its still 1998 model.
the ride you have above is a 1998 model
but the manufacturers date can be 2000 but not exceeding 2001. for that model
