I don't understand this can nairalanders help me out ///////CLEAR COPIES OF COMPUTER PRINTOUT CONTAINING PRIVATE CANDIDATE’S RESULT DULY CERTIFIED BY THE PRINCIPAL. (ORIGINAL AND FOUR PHOTOCOPIES))  is it the one we check with waec or neco scratch card and the principal of the school must sign? I don't understand please someone explain to me. ever since 2 guys quarrelled in sport forum, i knew there were fraudsters in nairaland.i av past through the school system so i can't be deceived.  so  what did he gain from deceiving people? anyway i was only looking for somebody to help my sisters out.
