Qualifications:
B.Sc (Social Sciences or Secretarial Studies) from a reputable university
Excellent Communciation Skills - Speaking and Writing
Very adept with Microsoft Office Suite - Word Excel Powerpoint
Minimum one year experience working as a PA
Amiable Disposition
Role Profile
Responsible for the effective management of the Managing Director’s office
Assisting the Managing Director on Special Projects
Co-ordinating the Managing Director’s daily routine, scheduling trips and events
Preparing Documents for the Managing Director
All other duties assigned by the management.
