appraisal of Abuja as a model and capital city of Nigeria cannot seize to dazzle and amaze the real estate sector with its growth in leaps and bounds on daily occurrence.
The impending development seeks to define Abuja in the line of world class cities, with its various HUBS of economic and social activities.
JABI province, has being under search light over the past and presently under focus, as international investors from south Africa (mutual investment groups, duval properties limited and Louis karol architect) are proposing to upgrade jabi lake to int’l tourist resort with a 5 star hotel of 400 rooms, luxurious office suites and many more. They also aim to achieve these by re-dredging the lake. The intended project cost is a whopping $1.5b, with 75% of the fund on stand-by. They are to commence by October this year with a duration period of 2 years.
