Yeah,
In my opinion, open source in particular, will only be the domain of hackers and developers, which combined am sure make up only a minority of the computer users out there.
MSFT has gotten people hooked. It is definitely the Coke of its time.

in as much as apple is trying hard to top microsoft, it will take a very long time for them to pull microsoft down. microsoft aint sleeping, the tougher the battle gets, the more aggresive they become.
