please Help! My Laptop Hangs

please I NEED HELP ON MY LAPTOP, ANY TIME AM BROWSING IT USUALLY HANG, I NOTICE THIS YESTERDAY.

let me explain smtin to u,

in a system there are so many configuration that are not necessary in a system that also makes a pc hangs. for e.g ur msconfig: try to remove all the startup programms except if u want to leave ur antivirus to startup scan,  fine . but that is one: "the msconfig" just type it in run like this "msconfig" without quote, click the startup tab and uncheck all the programs that are not necessary,
