My Knees Are Clicking?
« on: August 17, 2008, 07:44 PM »

For a couple of years my right knee made a weird crumbling noise when I went up and down the stairs now it has escalated to a loud clicking noise but there is still absolutely no pain. I've heard some doctors say it is nothing to worry about but I don't want to have to put up with it forever as i'm still quite young?

Is there anyone out there that has experienced this before or can advise me.

i advice that you go for an X-Ray of your bone so that you will be sure that there is nothing that is serious that is happening to you, it may be that your knee cap shifted a bit or that the tendons and cartilage are a bit too close.
Either way just go and see a doctor to get an X-Ray or you can buy a supplement for bones, and take as much calcium as it also helps with keeping the bones healthy

You think? I don't think it's that bad, everythings normal it just clicks and i can feel a tiny bit of movement in my kneecap. But it could very well be. Undecided
