MTN has started charging for extra cool.
I was calling my sister at Abuja some minutes ago all of a sudden i hear "that was an invalid , " and my N103 was deducted, when i checked my balance i had just N2.08k. I was so surprised that i checked the time. Is it just me or it a general thing?

Hey! i think u never checked d time before calling your sister, because MTN charges re based on timing. Gee u exceeded MTN time. also once your conversation is less than 10mins u re billed as well, and as u no N103 can not call 4 up 2 10mins. u get!
Am not an MTN user but i no this is correct.

I know i should have added time time, it happened just before i posted and that around 2am and it's supposed to be free from 12.30am to 4.30am. I guess their customer care will have anexplanation. Thanks

Guy mtn is not charging for extra cool because i made call last night and there was no charges, may be they were having network problem the night you made your call that was why your balance was shorted. Is your luck man but try again and feed us back is working.

I called their customer service nd i waz told my moN€y waz going to be refunded!!! from bout may till date,i'm yet to receive ma 200 grans!
