Does anybody know about Globstar? They are a mobile phones marketing company in Hong Kong and Dubai.

please let me know if they re genuine.

I know of them, i have done business with them at least twice, through their Dubai office though. I will advice you travel to them because they might not send the exact specifications if they re to ship to you.
